Refund policy

All sales at YukamHair are final and no refunds are offered. 

For hygiene reasons and to protect the integrity of our products, exchanges are accepted only under strict conditions. An exchange may be approved only if the wig has not been worn, washed, styled, colored, treated, or altered in any way, if the lace has not been cut, and if the item is returned in its original condition with the original packaging intact.

Any exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order and must be approved by our customer service team prior to return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item or a confirmed defect upon delivery, a replacement will be issued after verification and the shipping costs are on our responsibility.
