Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected carrier and cannot be guaranteed in cases of delays beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

YukamHair is not responsible for carrier delays or for any customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

For regional deliveries within the Ottawa–Gatineau area, once your order processing is complete, we will send you an email to notify you that the delivery driver is arriving approximately one hour in advance. Please ensure you remain reachable and available during this time window to guarantee a smooth delivery.
