Because some of our products may be handmade, customized, styled, or prepared individually, slight variations may occur and shall not automatically be considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product offered at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Yukam Hair.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, resale activity, inaccurate pricing, product unavailability, or errors in product or shipping information.
An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and we have sent an order confirmation.

Your purchase is also subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in CAD, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs clearance, weather events, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales may be considered final except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
